We’re proud to share that our Cisco Gold partnership status has been renewed for 2017—a high and hard-to-maintain honor that SHI has held since early 2012.The Cisco Gold partnership award is the highest level of certification-specific recognitions, making us eligible to participate in other Cisco Channel Incentive Programs and awards, such as the Cisco Gold Star for Customer Satisfaction Excellence. It means that SHI has the deepest level of discounts, best training and marketing resources, and the broadest range of expertise.
In order to keep its status as a Cisco Gold partner, SHI had to meet a number of specialization, hybrid IT, and certified role requirements, including a minimum of 12 unique certified employees and four CCIEs. We surpassed these standards with 32 certified employees and five CCIEs.
In return, Cisco has also earned a spot as one of SHI’s top partners, breaking the top 10 in 2015 after a 40 percent year-over-year rise in Cisco business. Last year, they managed another 25 percent increase, cracking the top five and making them our fastest-growing partner for two consecutive years.
