Cisco recognizes SHI with 4 awards
Over the past several years, SHI has invested heavily in Cisco pre-sales resources and worked hard to hone our Cisco networking, unified communication and collaboration, and security expertise. In 2017, we launched a new customer event series and began hosting regular executive briefings to educate customers on where Cisco can impact their business, and how SHI can help them achieve their desired outcomes.
The efforts have strengthened our ability to meet customer needs and manifested in record growth across our Cisco business. Cisco became one of our top 10 partners in 2015 and has retained that status with 21 consecutive quarters of double-digit revenue growth.
At their 2018 Partner Summit in mid-November, Cisco recognized SHI’s commitment to partnership and success in satisfying customer needs with three awards:
- US Commercial Partner of the Year – South Area
- Cisco Capital Partner of the Year – South Area
- US Commercial Partner of the Year – West Area
In addition, Cisco honored SHI with a fourth award at their annual contact center summit. Following 33 percent growth of Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX), SHI was named Cisco’s top UCCX partner among Advanced Collaboration Architecture Specialization (ACAS) partners.
