Manager of AWS Cloud Adoption – ASG Customer Success & Acquisition

Darren has been with SHI for over 5 years, holding various roles in sales, IT Asset Management, and most recently, our AWS team. In his last two years leading the AWS Adoption (Customer Success) team, Darren and his team have helped support customers with everything from Reserved Instance/Savings Plan consultation, migration scoping, modernization road mapping, and AWS Enterprise contract negotiations. He currently holds three AWS certifications with more to come.
