Linda Heiss
PubSec Director of Funding and Community Strategy
Since joining SHI’s Government & Education Affairs Team, Linda has served as a resource to help government and education agencies achieve their technology goals utilizing grant funding. Linda has served as the Grants and Performance Management Administrator for the City of Sandpoint in Idaho, and the Director of Institutional Research with the Nevada System of Higher Education. Linda successfully utilized grants to achieve strategic priorities for several academic and government organizations. Her contribution to the grants community has enabled new levels of funding transparency, public outreach, and IT procurement in the government space.
