Matt Lyttle serves as SHI’s Senior Development Officer in Washington, DC. Matt has spent over 20 years improving the delivery of public services at every level of government. He has been a Peace Corps Volunteer in Latin America, a FEMA disaster responder, a policy leader, and continues to be a vocal contributor to the discussion on the future role of government in Americans’ lives.
