Nicholas joined SHI in 2007 after graduating with honors from Rutgers University. Over the two decades at SHI, he has held a variety of roles supporting some of SHI’s largest global customers. He and his team have overseen the deployment of over 100,000 end user compute, mobility, and XR devices from SHI’s integration centers. Nicholas’ current position as Director of Customer Success and Operations ensures SHI achieves operational excellency for all programs.
