Melissa Gwaldis has more than two decades of IT experience, and is responsible for capturing the Voice of the Customer (VoC), translating it into business requirements, and developing vendor-agnostic solutions that meet the unique needs of each SHI customer. Melissa develops Metaverse and extended reality (XR) business models, strategies, architecture, frameworks, and solutions through SHI’s Customer Innovation Center (CIC).
