Nicholas joined SHI in 2007 after graduating with honors earning a dual diploma from Rutgers College and Rutgers Business School in New Brunswick, NJ. Over the last 15 years at SHI, he has held a variety of roles supporting some of SHI’s largest global customers. He and his team have overseen the deployment of over 100,000 end user compute, mobility, and XR devices from SHI’s integration centers. Nicholas’ current position is Director of Customer Success and Operations, where he ensures operational excellency for all programs that he and his team support.
