Tim Hilbie

Public Sector Higher Education Strategist

Tim Hilbie serves as a Public Sector Higher Education Strategist for SHI. In this role, Tim collaborates with customers and SHI sales teams to bring the highest level of understanding and development to curriculum, innovation, and technology, and helps to integrate those elements into the Higher Ed market.

Prior to joining SHI, Tim spent 35+ years working for state institutions (community colleges, state universities) in Connecticut, serving in various information technology leadership positions. In his most recent position, he served as the Senior Director of Infrastructure Services, providing leadership in the technical assessment, selection, and implementation of scalable and reliable IT services across Connecticut state colleges and universities.
