Zachary Fincham is Director of Engineering – MSP at SHI and has 15 years of IT experience with more than 5 of those years in managed services leadership. Zachary was one of the original four employees at SHI that developed the SHI Complete and SHI Connect managed services offerings. Zachary comes with a vast level of expertise in managed services, leadership, networking, and systems management that is integral to the managed services SHI offers today in addition to what the managed services offerings will become in the future. He currently leads all SHI managed services engineering teams working through new and current initiatives, continuing to drive the team to be their best and evolve our existing offerings as well as build new capabilities into SHI’s managed services portfolio.
