Tom Rice is the manager of the Apple Solutions Engineering team at SHI responsible for developing custom Apple platform solutions for SHI’s customers, ranging in size from SMBs to the Fortune 100.

He has managed Jamf products at scale for the past 8 years spanning many different industries. Tom has over 20 years’ experience working with Apple products across a variety of different roles, from help desk to system engineering.
