All in for a better future: SHI’s 2025 Sustainability and Action Report is here:
Smart choices, stronger impact: Sustainability is an integral part of SHI’s business strategy.
Sustainability isn’t a side initiative at SHI. Embedded in how we operate, serve our customers, and plan for the future, SHI’s fourth annual Sustainability and Action Report reflects our ongoing commitment to sustainability.
This year’s report outlines the progress we’ve made, the standards we hold ourselves to, and the actions we’re taking to build a more responsible technology ecosystem. We continue to integrate sustainability across our business strategy — from advancing science‑based climate targets to expanding sustainable IT solutions that help organizations meet environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals.
“Sustainability isn’t just one team’s responsibility — it’s something we all need to be part of. We’re eager to work closely with our customers, suppliers, and each other to make a real difference. We’re all in this together for a better future.” — Thai Lee, SHI President and CEO
Inside the report, you’ll find updates across SHI’s four sustainability pillars: Products, Planet, People, and Principles. Our four-pillar approach is centered on key material topics and underpinned by our corporate values, driving inspired action across our operations. Highlights include progress toward emissions reduction goals, increased use of renewable energy, responsible asset recovery and device lifecycle services, continued investment in our people, and strengthened governance and supply chain practices.
Together, these efforts reinforce our belief that responsible growth and strong business performance go hand in hand.
