National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) is a non-profit organization formed in 1947, comprised of the Chief Procurement Officials of all fifty states, Washington D.C., and the U.S. Territories. The purpose of NASPO is to promote public procurement throughout the country.

NASPO ValuePoint facilitates administration of the NASPO cooperative group contracting consortium of state Chief Procurement Officials for the benefit of:

  • State departments, institutions, agencies, and political subdivisions
  • Cities
  • Counties
  • Municipalities
  • Special districts
  • K12 schools
  • Universities and community colleges
  • Quasi-governmental and nonprofit organizations

Through NASPO ValuePoint’s Software Value-Added Reseller (SVAR) contract, SHI can provide software from industry-leading providers as well as a range of supporting services to facilitate public sector customers’ evolving technology needs.
